These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SFT Calculator mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
SFT Calculator provides measurement, weight, and calculation tools, including square-feet calculation, steel weight calculation, tailor measurement management, and land area measurement. The App is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use.
The App's calculators and measurement tools (including camera-based and map-based measurements) are provided for convenience and general reference only. While we strive for accuracy, results may vary depending on device sensors, GPS accuracy, user input, and other factors.
You should independently verify any calculation before relying on it for financial, legal, construction, or land-related decisions. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from reliance on results produced by the App.
Records you create in the App (such as tailor customer measurements or saved calculations) are stored on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, app uninstallation, or software updates.
The App may display advertisements served by third parties, including Google AdMob. Advertisements are subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policies. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
The App, including its design, logos, graphics, and content, is owned by the developer of SFT Calculator and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the App or any part of it without prior written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of SFT Calculator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App (or any feature within it) at any time without notice. Updates may be required for the App to continue functioning correctly.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
